This is going to be a short but potentially very valuable post.
Early bird lists are a good way to announce upcoming products.
They’re a good way to build a list of potential buyers and I know several people who use them to kick start sales of a product.
Here’s a neat idea you can use for early bird notifications to earn more cash from them:
I’ve just signed up to an early bird list – partly because I was promised a bonus if I subsequently went on to buy the product.
And this screen came up as the “you’ve subscribed page”:
It’s simple to create and it includes 3 links to products that I might want to buy now.
So it gets two bites at the sales cherry for very little effort on the part of the vendor apart from replacing the standard thank you page with a custom one that has the offers on it.
So if you’re ever running an early bird list, it would be well worth testing.
And if you want more gems like this, I often share them on the weekly calls that I offer to subscribers to my weekly tutor group.
